4. Purchases & Quarterly Cycle

Better Together operates on a quarterly cycle. Products are listed each quarter and orders are collected until the quarter closes. After the quarter ends, we place a bulk order with manufacturers, receive the products, and ship them to customers. Please note that delivery timelines are tied to this quarterly process.

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once the quarter has closed and manufacturing has begun.

5. Donations

100% of profits from product sales are donated to communities in Africa through our partnership with gfoundation.org. Direct donations made through the site are also processed through gfoundation.org. Donations are non-refundable and may be tax-deductible depending on your jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Better Together or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Better Together shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for products or services in the preceding 12 months.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
